Beau Guidry

Director of Engineering
Beau Guidry has over 15 years of engineering and leadership experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, specializing in the design and engineering of ground, avionics, and space-based systems.
He brings deep expertise in computational fluid dynamics, thermal analysis, and fluid flow characterization, developed through advanced work on Pratt & Whitney axial gas turbine engines and Honeywell's HTS7500 turboshaft engine for the Sikorsky-Boeing Defiant X helicopter.
At L3Harris, Beau led mechanical design and analysis efforts across over 50 programs, with a focus on electronics packaging. He earned the President's Award for Innovation for a patented thermal management system on the F-35 Panoramic Cockpit Display Electronics Unit.
Beau holds dual BS degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude with honors.
