Lili Topchev

Lili Topchev is GALT’s Chief Financial Officer. With nearly 20 years of experience within the San Diego defense contractor community, Lili’s skills include all aspects of organizational leadership, business operations and financial management. She successfully managed growing companies by implementing vision, strategy and systematic financial objectives and goals. She has demonstrated extensive knowledge and leadership in the areas of finance, contracts, IT, HR, facilities, pricing and proposals, regulatory and compliance. 

 

Prior to GALT, Lili was the Vice President of Corporate Operations at Cask LLC, a privately held Small Disadvantaged Woman Owned Business (SDWOB). Lili also served as Director of Finance and Business Administration at SOLUTE Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Lili also held management positions at General Atomics, Salient Federal Solutions, L-3 Communications, General Dynamics, and AudioCodes.

 

Lili has earned her BA degree in Applied Mathematics/Economics and minor in Accounting from the UC Berkeley. During the years Lili was a member of the AGA and NCMA. She also volunteered at the AFCEA annual events.

 

As GALT CFO, Lili is focused on the company’s financial growth and stability.
