Jesse White

Director, Program Management
Jesse is a results driven Operations and Program Management Leader with extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, leading complex multi-million-dollar programs from concept to completion. Leveraging his 13 years of experience as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Marine Corps, he is skilled in managing cross functional teams, aligning program objectives and customer interactions/expectations. Jesse also has a strong background in transitioning programs from development to production and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to improve Quality, Cost, and Schedule performance.

During Jesse’s time as an intelligence officer, he served as a targeting officer in the PACOM area of responsibility (AOR), an embedded training officer, foreign liaison officer, intelligence subject matter expert in USCENTCOM AOR, and Assistant Chief of Staff Intelligence Officer. Jesse’s time in the Marine Corps was highlighted by four combat deployments throughout the middle east.

Prior to joining GALT Aerospace, Jesse was deeply involved in the development of the SPY-6 radar platform at Cobham, CAES, and Honeywell during the Engineering Manufacturing Development (EMD), Proof of Manufacturing (POM), Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP), and Hardware, Production & Sustainment (HP&S) phases of the program. Throughout his 8 years at CAES Jesse held positions of increasing leadership and responsibility including floor supervisor, production manufacturing transition manager, value stream manager, and program manager.
