Vice President, Growth and Strategy

Jeff Lloyd-Jones is the Vice President of Strategy and Growth at GALT Aerospace, driving business expansion and strategic initiatives.

 

A retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander, Jeff completed 22 years of distinguished service, including 14 years at sea aboard aircraft carriers, destroyers, and amphibious assault ships. His final assignment was as Executive Officer of the Navy Center for Tactical Systems Interoperability (NCTSI), the Navy’s lead authority for testing and certifying Command & Control and tactical datalink interoperability across the joint forces.

 

Before joining GALT in 2025, Jeff served as President and COO of Altaeros, an MIT spinout pioneering the world’s first autonomous aerostat system deployed along the U.S. Southern Border. He previously held senior leadership roles at Ultra Intelligence & Communications as Vice President of Strategic Business Development and as Director of Programs and President of the U.S. Chapter of the International Data Link Society.

 

Jeff holds a Master of Science in Global Business Leadership from the University of San Diego and studied Systems Engineering at the Naval Postgraduate School.
