Kristyn Molina

Kristyn is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and the District of Columbia. She has been involved with GALT, both as an employee and as an outside legal advisor, since the Company’s inception.

 

Prior to joining GALT, Kristyn was a partner in Kohut & Kohut LLP, where she represented and advised corporations, partnerships, and individuals involved in litigation, arbitration, and mediation throughout the United States. Previously, she was a litigation associate in the New York City and Washington DC offices of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where her practice focused on securities litigation, including shareholder derivative lawsuits, class action lawsuits, and government investigations. While attending law school, Kristyn was an intern with the United States Court of Federal Claims.

 

Kristyn obtained her Juris Doctor at The George Washington University Law School in Washington DC. She attended UCLA (Go Bruins!) as an undergraduate, obtaining degrees in Business Economics and Political Science. During her free time, Kristyn volunteers for local dog rescues, as a foster and fundraiser.
